Skills for Care, the strategic workforce development body for England, is leading the development of a much-needed workforce strategy for adult social care to help the sector build the workforce it needs for the future. Skills for Care CEO Oonagh Smyth is co-chair of the strategy steering group, where representatives from across the sector have come together to develop the strategy.
