Crisis management: how and why things go wrong and how to avoid saying or doing the wrong thing

Steve Panton is a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of providing crisis management support to a range of clients, including those in the health and social care sector. He has been involved in many serious and fatal incidents and helps clients who become involved in investigations and prosecutions by the main UK enforcing authorities, including the HSE, CQC and also the police.
