"Nutrition & Hydration" is not just about delicious and well presented food and drinks, there's so much more to it than that, this session will look at how we add extra thought and value to even the simplest of items, such as a brownie!

The approach to cooking within the care environment is much more involved, we would like people to take away the idea of thinking about simple dishes in a way that makes them available and beneficial to as many people as possible whilst also reducing labour and time
