A routine, thorough examination of the eyes is extremely important as it can help detect and diagnose many eye conditions, such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, hemorrhages etc.
I understand you may already have an eyecare provider, however there is no contract - to switch providers as per the NHS domiciliary code of conduct you can change provider at any time.
The process to switch is very simple, we handle all the administrative tasks with the NHS and we just require a resident list with dates of births and funding information.
