When delivering in-house programmes, we work with our customers to create bespoke content aligned to their business goals. As standard we will implement your policies, procedures, paperwork, ways of working and values and we can also create completely tailored content for all subjects. Working in partnership, we act as an extension to your Learning and Development team; we understand your challenges as they arise within your business and we adapt content quickly to support and address these challenges to drive up the skills needed.
UTS have been designing, developing, and delivering Health, Housing and Social Care training courses and qualifications since 2003. Our delivery teams have an outstanding level of occupational competence and are qualified professionals in their fields of practice.
It is important for us to plan effectively together to meet your desired outcomes for any project and for communication to take place throughout the service delivery period with more formal review on completion. We don’t ‘just deliver training and qualifications’, we work in partnership with our customers to understand their business, to provide support with their workforce development planning, to understand the impact our provision is having on practice and to improve performance across their business.

Oliver McGowan Training
Oliver McGowan training is the government’s preferred and recommended training for all health and social care staff. It is designed to meet the statutory requirement to ensure all staff receive learning disability and autism training appropriate to their role.
In July 2022 the Health and Social Care Act 2022 introduced a requirement that regulated service providers ensure their staff receive training on learning disability and autism which is appropriate to the person’s role.
