It’s that time again. After moving the event from November to April, the Care Sector Supplier Awards are back in action calling for entries to the 2025 Awards. The Care Show returns as Headline Sponsor and the Awards receive support from The Care Home Environment, Care Home Professional and Home Care Insight, and have links to OT Today, THIIS and AT Today.

The closing date for entries has been extended to November 15, pushing the date clear of such things as half term breaks and possible stumblings over pumpkins, or the distraction of Hallowe’en apparitions. 

November 15 will be the final close-off date so please will anyone interested in entering the Awards make sure they have clicked on the “Enter Awards” on any page of the website (cssawards.co.uk) and created their Entrant’s Account. That will speed things up when entering organisations complete their forms and upload their submissions documents, logo and key photo. They can also link to video files, which more companies are now using to enhance their entry and improve clarity for the judges

There are 22 categories to enter, effectively covering all types of care sector supplier in the UK. Entry is very straightforward and completed online. In addition to completing the formal entry form, every entrant needs to prepare a 1500-word submission ready to upload when requested, together with a company logo and representative photograph.

Finalist organisations will be announced no later than December 12 and they will be advised individually in which category/ies they have been named a Finalist.

A black-tie celebration of the Finalists and Winners will take place on April 29 – on the eve of the Care Show, London (April 30 – May 1) – in London. The venue is likely to be in or near Canary Wharf and will kick off with a Reception with generous supplies of tasty canapés, from 6.45 – 7.45 pm. This will be followed by a two-course dinner (the canapés really are generous and substantial) with the Awards ceremony starting at 9.00 pm. The Awards presentations will run for approximately one hour. From 10.00 pm, guests can either elect to leave and get a good night’s sleep before the Care Show opens, or can stay and network, maybe over a glass or two.

One last piece of good news relating to entering the Awards is that if your organisation is an exhibitor at either the Care Show London or Care Show Birmingham in 2024 you are eligible for a one third discount on the entry fee. The standard fee is £150.00 plus VAT, while the exhibitor fee is £100.00 plus VAT.
