At his previous employer Cygnet Healthcare, Adam contributed to the planning of converting from a previous provider to CPI training and led the initial conversion courses. Adam was responsible for the organising and delivery of CPI programmes in 40+ services including Safety Intervention at Foundation and Advanced/Emergency level and Clinical Holding while at Cygnet. As the Inclusion Coordinator at European Care Group early in Adam's career, he also supported and managed eight adults with learning disabilities to achieve paid employment as expert by experience trainers. Adam has more than 15 years of experience working in health and social care working with both children and adults. Starting as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities and autism, he has spent most of his career so far in management and training roles.
