An RMN and manager of an Outstanding-rating, award-winning nursing home in Chepstow, Ben has been at Castleford House for seventeen years, manager for seven, and prides himself on building and developing care teams, with the aim of "bettering" colleagues before supporting them to move on to their next challenge.
