Caroline owns Clifton Homecare, a Domiciliary Care company based in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. Caroline is also a HCPC registered Paramedic and still works in a pre-hospital frontline role. Caroline has worked in health and social care for approximately 30 years and is a hands on manager, supporting her Registered Manager and team to provide safe, high quality care and support in line with the company's vision and values and CQC outstanding rating.
