Charlotte Lezard is a Policy and Public Affairs Officer at Care England - the largest and most diverse representative body for independent adult social care providers. Charlotte has worked with The Outstanding Society, UCL, and other key stakeholders on VIVALDI Social Care since April 2022, and is passionate about ensuring research happens in care homes to help shape policy and ultimately improve the experience of care for all those who live in, work in, and visit social care settings.
