I am a Senior HR consultant who provides strategic leadership to facilitate the business strategy and objectives. I am both commercially and technically strong with an entrepreneurial flair and the knowledge and intellect to drive a business forward. What makes me different is that I have a person-centric approach which enables me to partner with the senior management team to deliver strategy including a first class approach to attraction, retention, development, talent management and reward. I have experience of SME’s to FTSE 50 companies within a variety of industries.
