Hi, I’m Eve Macey-Norris, General Manager at Home Instead Oxford and Home Instead Swindon and Vale of White Horse. I began my career in care at just 20 years old, driven by a passion for helping others. Over the past decade, I’ve worked my way up through the sector to where I am now at 30. I’m also a proud Wife and Mother to a one-year-old daughter, which has only deepened my appreciation for the importance of compassionate care. At the London Care Show, I’m here to share my journey and encourage young people to see care not just as a job—but as a truly rewarding career.
