Gavin Edwards has been with UNISON for 17 years, having previously worked in Parliament and local government. In December 2019, he took on his current role as Senior National Officer for Social Care. UNISON is the largest union in the social care sector. He is lead negotiator on behalf of UNISON social care members for national employers and runs UNISON’s ‘Let’s Make Care Work’ campaign for a National Care Service in England.
