Independently owned, Carless + Adams provides professional advice and services in architecture with an exclusive focus on the design of integrated retirement communities, supported living and care accommodation. Following graduation with a degree in Architectural Technology, George Morris joined Carless + Adams in early 2018 as a Junior Technician and has worked steadfastly to his current position of Director and shareholder of the business. Supporting Melissa Magee in the design side of the business, George’s complementary technical skills ensure that clients’ needs are fulfilled with both elements of the business. Within the management team, George develops and drives the direction of the business, maintains and enhances client relationships, formulates sales strategies, instigates and leads projects and focuses on recruitment. Carless + Adams works with 15% of UK care operators and the growth strategy has seen a 18% growth year on year, as recognised by the Thames Valley Business Magazine top 100 SME growth awards and also as Architectural Practice of the Year in 2023.
