Hannah has worked in Health and Social Care industry for over 14 years and joined Person Centred Software in 2022. Hannah supports the building of partnerships throughout the health and social care pathways to facilitate sharing of care records on a local, regional and national level. Hannah is passionate about digital transformation in the Health and Care industry and believes that enhancing data flow between services promotes improved quality care, preventative care, and support for individuals along their journey.
