Iain is the founder and CEO of The Care Connector Network, a partner in the Care Connector Learning Academy, and the Owner of Complete Nutritional Care. He has over 15 years of designing and delivering training and talks to various sectors but specialises in the care sector, on Behavioural Leadership and Performance Management, Nutrition and Catering Management, Training, and Neurodiversity. Iain is open and honest about his neurodiversity both its challenges and it advantages and wants to help those that employ or work with neurodiverse people how to realise a way of working that is beneficial for all involved.
