Landermeads is a care community with family at its heart. We passionately believe that care should be person lead, rather than focused on task. Landermeads enables 116 individuals across younger adults (18-65) and older adults 65+, as well as offering supported living provision, to live their lives to the full, free of the barriers of society and to live like me and you. We are delighted that all three of our registrations have been recognised as 'Outstanding' with CQC!
