Jemma has worked in the Care Sector for over 15 years, starting as a home manager and then predominantly focusing on digital transformation for the past 8 years. She knows first hand the challenges faced by the care sector, and how if not done properly, difficult it can be to implement and embed digital care tech. As Chief Operating Officer at Person Centred Software, Jemma is passionate about making a difference to the Care Sector, ensuring Connected Care solves problems for our customers and that our processes allow them to maximise the potential of the platform.
