Julie Rayner is the Care Quality Governance and Compliance Director for Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. Julie has had a long career in nursing, care home management and regulation, joining Hallmark in 2015 . Since her appointment, Julie has not only implemented a robust internal compliance regime that has resulted in all 19 Hallmark Luxury Care Homes achieving an outstanding or good rating with CQC but also acts as the organisation’s Infection Prevention Control Lead, was part of the National Advisory Panel that developed the Diabetes in Care Homes guidance and has led a project within Hallmark to develop two end-of-life care centres of excellence in partnership with Hospice of the Valleys.
