Kam Gill is the Operations Director for Walfinch Oxfordshire employing 30 carers who look after 50 clients in their own homes. Kam promotes diversity within the organisation: more diverse employees help care for a wider range of people. 63% of Kam’s staff are BAME. The outcome is better quality of care for clients. An inclusive approach is appreciated by staff and clients alike. In our carer survey 2023, 100% said they felt part of Kam’s team. Prior to joining Walfinch, Kam was a registered manager for Eatoncare services. Kam has a BSc in dental technology from the University of Wales.
