Lauri has recently joined the Family business and JCC team after moving from a Regional Directors post for Maria Mallaband Care Group Limited. Being Josh’s sister, starting my position at Joshs Care as CEO seems like the next organic step in my career, having had significant growth within the healthcare industry. I have experience in management in varied settings including mental health, learning disability, elderly care, complex nursing and dementia care. Having recently achieved my MSc in Global Leadership and Management in Health Care with distinction through Teesside University, I am now working towards my Doctorate in Professional Practice with a focus in the field of workplace incivility. Using my knowledge, passion and personal values, I continuously strive towards inclusivity, empowerment, health and wellbeing and equity for those who require care and support.
