Currently I’m the Nurse Educator for North Central London care homes and manager of a team of nurses who are rolling out digital technology (Whzan) into NCL care homes. I’m an experienced clinical practitioner and have worked across a range of sectors, including as a community nurse, ward manager, CQC inspector and in quality roles and education in the UK and abroad. I’m passionate about the care sector and supporting staff to provide high quality care and share good practice and innovations across health and social care. A key priority for me is encouraging the younger generation to choose Adult Social Care as a possible career.
