With over a decade of industry experience, Monica is a former registered nurse who joined the tech industry after completing a Masters degree in Public Health. Monica’s driving ambition is to help transform the frontline of care through the use of technology. Her firsthand experience of working in healthcare systems around the world makes her a passionate advocate and voice for frontline healthcare workers within the tech industry. Monica has recently moved from the UK to Paris, where she’s undertaking an Executive MBA programme at EDHEC Business School specialising in Healthcare Technology Innovation, carried out alongside her work at Nursebuddy where she’s been the Head of Customer Success since 2022.
