Nigel Patel is an experienced lender across various commercial and corporate sectors, who has specialised in the Healthcare Sector for a number of years, within various organisations. During this time, he has built long-term relationships with many operators to support their growth and strategic targets. He has an understanding of the sector, as well as financial matters, to be able to provide advice and solutions as he works closely with a range of care home businesses. Nigel joined Coutts in 2015 and now heads up the Healthcare Team, which is a dedicated and specialist team focussed on developing relationships with our current and future clients, providing refinancing, term and development funding, together with all day-to-day transactional facilities Nigel is also involved in a number of panels and events, to help champion and raise the profile of the care sector.
