With a background of being a Registered Manager for many years, an operations manager overseeing multiple care services and an independent consultant for over 10 years supporting care services to develop culture and outcomes that impacts on those who live in or use care services. I recognise the need to continue to debate, reflect, develop and understand how to use and challenge systems, structure and our review of the care we provide to always move forwards and continue to ensure we involve the most important person, the individual and always raise standards. This debate is necessary and vital in use continuing to learn and listen
