Sophie Murray is a registered nurse and has a degree in nutritional medicine. She has spent over 10 years specialising in catering and nutrition for older people and is the South East Regional Deputy Chair for the NACC, having formally held a national role with them. She is a published writer and multiple award winner and currently sits on 4 National committees linking to care catering. She is currently employed in governance and regulation for a care home group. She has trained CQC inspectors in the past and contributed to their guidance document in nutritional inspections.
