As a Deputy Director of Operations in health and social care regulation, Steven Paisley brings a wealth of expertise in delivering strategic ambitions; day-to-day regulatory activities and transformational change; focusing on smarter regulations. Steven is dedicated to ensuring quality standards as well as regulation which is driven by people’s needs and experiences. With a background in Primary Care & Mental Health; working with communities and people more likely to have poor access, experience, or outcomes from care; he effectively uses this awareness to push actions to address and place a spotlight on inequalities that exist in society affect people from different equality groups. Steven fosters collaborative working across multi-disciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare regulations.
