Care Show London is taking place on Wednesday 30 April and Thursday 1 May 2025 at the Excel London. The specific event timings are as follows:

Wednesday 30 April: 10:00 - 17:00

Thursday 1 May: 10:00 - 16:00

Care Show London is free for all care professionals across the sector, including; 

• Residential - Directors and Owners, Managers, Deputy Managers, Senior Nurses
• Home Care - Senior Carers, Team Leaders & Managers, Owners, Directors
• Healthcare - CEO's, Ward Managers & Finances 
• Architects, Developers & Engineers
• Chefs, Catering Professionals & Procurement

Students are not permitted to attend Care Show London. Any students who register for a free pass, will unfortunately be declined.

If you are from outside the UK or work for a commercial company you will not qualify for a free ticket but can purchase passes - commercial passes are priced at £499+VAT.

Your delegate badge will give you access to all areas of Care Show London.

Commercial passes can be purchased at the entrance and are priced £499+VAT.

You can invite your colleagues to join you when you fill in your registration form by adding their email addresses to the relevant field.

Yes. You can transfer your delegate pass up to the day of the event should your work/personal circumstances change and prevent you from attending the event on either day.

Your pass will remain completely fully-subsidised if you attend even for couple of hours.

Delegates who do not attend and do not cancel their place by 28 April 2025 will be liable to pay the £99+VAT non-attendance fee.

Yes – the conference is self-certified. There will be record aids available online for each conference session you attend mapped to CPD requirements allowing you to turn your attendance into CPD records.

Yes! Care Show Birmingham is a trade event that focuses on care professionals elevating their business, exploring innovative new ideas and trends whilst also enhancing new and existing connections.

Excel London aims to be as inclusive as possible for anyone working or visiting the venue with access needs. Please note that Excel is a large venue and the central boulevard is 600m long. All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

There are two stations adjacent to the venue - Custom House and Prince Regent, both of them are step-free. The nearest entrance to Hall S2, where Care Show London takes places, is Custom House.

Please visit the Excel London website for more information about changing places, mobility scooter and wheelchair hire, Blue Badge parking, accessible toilets, guide dogs, and other venue facilities and features.

Access to the car park is only via the A13, please be aware that there is no access to the venue car park from Western Gateway or Seagull Lane.

If you are travelling from central London or from the south, using the Blackwall Tunnel to access the car park and lorryways, please use the A13 and turn off on the A112 junction taking Tollgate Road southbound.

The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) have released a guide for protecting you from scammers.

Trade shows are not immune from scammers and exhibitors at trade shows can represent an attractive target for scammers, who harvest data from public websites and directories and pretend to represent the organiser of the event, or companies associated with the event. 

We want you to enjoy your exhibition experience, to be alert and to protect yourself and your company from potential scams. In this short video, the AEO explain the type of scams you should look out for, what makes something look suspicious and what to do if you are a victim of scamming.
